You have a ticket without time slot?

It is necessary to have a time slot to enter the Château de Chenonceau.

Please enter your exchange ticket number (starting with 937) and choose your time slot to enter the castle.

In order to exchange multiple tickets, please look for the number of the first ticket, then the second ticket BEFORE clicking on "next".

Once your time slot has been validated, you will receive your time-stamped tickets by e-mail (but also in your customer area) so that you can enter the Chenonceau castle domain directly.

If the ticket is considered as "already used" and the order has not been completed, please wait 30 minutes before trying again.
